The Special Events Ministry at The Embassy Church is comprised of a team of dedicated individuals who is responsible for the coordination, planning, design and set-up for a variety of church-wide events and special projects within the calendar year.  The special events ministry strives to organize fun and entertaining celebrations that foster growth and fellowship among the members of The Embassy Church church family and the community.

With informal settings and non-threatening environments, our special events attract people from all walks of life and lays a foundation for them to experience unexpected, pleasant, encounters with God and His people. Through our special events, we teach that God’s church is not merely a building, but a body of believers who enjoy serving God together and reaching out to others.

Special Events such as our Annual Thanksgiving Day Community Dinner offers great encouragement to all those attending when it is all said and done the attendees cannot believe how well everything is done, how awesome our projects turn out and how well God’s design and plan is carried out.  This is evident in each and every event held at New Birth Embassy. We strive to create an experience for the attendee that is God-honoring, new, and unexpected.

We provide visual and aesthetic images and create resources for all ministry areas through advance planning, research, consultation, coordination, and implementation. The Special Events Ministry is made up of many areas and numerous volunteers. These areas are overseen by the Special Events Ministry Coordinator.

Volunteers are always needed in this ministry, so there are plenty of opportunities and places to serve.  You never know what’s in store for you when you volunteer to work on a The Embassy Church event. Just know we are always working on something interesting and exciting!!

Often times it is overwhelming with so many projects sent our way.  How do we manage to get it all done you ask? By having people like you plug into this area of ministry. You are needed!!

There is much to do. Getting it done can sometimes be tremendous but we have learned to walk in faith, listening for guidance from the Lord, staying in tune with His direction and relying solely on Him. God then rewards us supernaturally by multiplying our time, our rest and our efforts.

Each event is evidence of God’s faithfulness and His grace to answered prayers. If we are available He is able to do exceedingly abundant work through us.

Our staff will constantly strive to delight its guest by delivering an unparalleled event full of surprises, but executed with detail, precision, and excellence.

The Event Ministry plays a central role to ensure expectations are not only met but are exceeded from the beginning until the conclusion of the event.
